328i Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the 328i platform. By registering or continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
1Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 328i platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 328i platform.
To be eligible to use the 328i platform, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum age required by law in your state of residence, whichever is higher.
- Acting as an individual on your own behalf and not representing any business entity or third party without prior written authorisation.
- Not prohibited from participating in betting or gambling activities under applicable local laws.
- Providing registration information that is truthful, accurate, and complete, and updating it whenever changes occur.
2Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 328i platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts along with the freezing of any existing balances. All information provided during registration must be accurate and verifiable.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. 328i will never ask for your password via email or any other communication channel. Any activity that occurs through your account is considered your own action unless you report the misuse immediately.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the 328i platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. Users are prohibited from:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the functionality of 328i's systems.
- Sharing your account with others or transferring account ownership.
- Using the platform for fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
3Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 328i platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support local deposit methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and online banking via FPX. Available payment methods may change from time to time based on operational requirements.
Deposit Terms
- The minimum deposit amount is as specified in the user account section and is subject to change without prior notice.
- Deposited funds may only be used for betting activities available on the 328i platform.
- Deposits from unauthorised sources or on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawals may only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name.
- 328i reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals to ensure transaction security.
- Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method and may take between one and three business days.
- Any taxes or charges related to transactions imposed by the bank or payment provider are the responsibility of the user.
4Liability Limits & Account Suspension Policy
328i Liability Limits
The 328i platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times without interruption or technical errors. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, 328i is not liable for:
- Loss of profits, opportunities, or data arising from service interruptions.
- Indirect losses resulting from the user's own actions.
- Technical issues on the part of your internet service provider or third-party payment providers.
Account Suspension & Closure
328i reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice if there is:
- Breach of these terms and conditions.
- Suspected fraudulent activity or system manipulation.
- Multiple account registrations by the same individual.
- Providing false information during registration.
- Requests from competent authorities.
5Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the 328i platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, icons, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of 328i or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of these materials without prior written consent from 328i.
Third-Party Links
The 328i platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for user convenience. The presence of such links does not imply that 328i endorses or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party site. Users who access external links do so at their own risk and are subject to the terms of those respective websites.
6Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Right to Amend Terms
328i reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion. The latest version will always be displayed on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
